1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of vanfleek.com.ng and any order, project request or service request you submit through it. By placing an order or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Who we are

Vanfleek Technology ("Vanfleek", "we", "us", "our") is a Nigeria-based business that sells physical products with Pay-on-Delivery (POD) and offers digital/technology services (such as websites, e-commerce platforms, mobile apps and automation) through project requests.

3. Orders and Pay-on-Delivery (POD)

• When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate delivery information, including your name, phone/WhatsApp number, delivery address and any landmark needed to locate you.
• For Pay-on-Delivery orders, payment is due to our delivery rider/agent at the point of delivery, in the currency stated at checkout.
• An order is confirmed once our team or automated system has verified it. We reserve the right to contact you to confirm details before dispatch, and to decline or cancel an order where verification fails, stock is unavailable, or the delivery location cannot reasonably be served.
• Prices are shown in the currency applicable to your market and may change without notice; the price shown at the time your order is confirmed is the price that applies.

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver within the timeframe communicated to you, but delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they depend on your location, rider availability, and circumstances outside our control. If a delivery attempt fails because you are unreachable, the address provided is incorrect, or you decline the order at the door, we may reschedule, charge a reasonable re-delivery fee, or cancel the order at our discretion.

5. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Because most orders are Pay-on-Delivery, you may decline an order at the point of delivery if the product delivered is materially different from what you ordered, or is visibly damaged, and no payment is taken in that case. Once payment has been made and the product accepted, refunds or exchanges are considered case-by-case — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a description (and, where possible, photos) of the issue. Custom or made-to-order services are non-refundable once work has begun, except where required by law.

6. Project and service requests

Submitting a project or service request (for example, a request for a website, application or automation project) is an inquiry, not a binding order. Any scope, price, and timeline become binding only once we issue a written proposal or quotation that you accept.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: submit false or fraudulent order/delivery information; use our ordering forms to abuse, spam, or attack our systems; or use our services for any unlawful purpose. We may refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

8. Marketing communication

By placing an order or submitting an inquiry, you may receive order-related communication (confirmations, delivery updates) by phone, WhatsApp, or email. Where you have separately opted in to marketing updates, you may unsubscribe at any time by contacting us.

9. Intellectual property

All content on vanfleek.com.ng — including our branding, product photography, page designs, and written content — belongs to Vanfleek or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vanfleek is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our services, including delays in delivery caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control (such as courier disruption, weather, or incorrect information provided by you). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your order will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
